Description
The Pattern of this medium blue scarf is made with a Mud-resist technique. First the pattern is printed in mud on an off white cotton. Then the fabric is dyed in blue. After dying, the mud is rinsed out and the flower pattern emerges.
The khadi cotton is handspun and handwoven. It is an old Indian way of weaving cloth Mahatma Gandhi re-introduced in Indian society to show the importance of being self-supporting.
