Exchange and Returns
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
However if you want to exchange an item, please use the exchange form.
In case you want to return any item you can use the return form
Your item is refundable when it is:
- unused and unwashed
- in its original packaging
- returned to us within 14 days of the receipt of the product
In that case we will make sure you will get a 100 % refund within 14 days.
In case of returning items, you will be responsible for the shipping charges as well as for the shipping itself. Therefore we advise you to use a Track and Trace-code.

Shipping
We ship worldwide. All items are shipped within 3 – 7 days days from receipt of payment.
Shipping is taken care of by PostNL and are all Track and Trace – shipments.
The shipping costs are flat rates:
Netherlands: Mailbox size: € 3,90
Netherlands: Package: € 6,50
Europe: € 16,00
Worldwide € 25,00
If you live nearby and you would like to pick up the product yourself, please send me an email so we can arrange the (free of charge) pick up. In case of a pick up please don’t order your item through the webshop because then we won’t be able to refund the shipping costs.
Duties and Taxes
Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country.
Stock
From time to time items that are listed as in stock may in fact not be. We apologise if this situation does occur and will contact you immediately to work out a solution. The Blockprint Tree gives you the option of a full refund, exchange of item or to put the item on back order if it is due to be back in stock soon.
Pricing and Payment
Payment Methods: iDeal, Creditcard, Paypal.
All prices of products are including VAT. The Blockprint Tree reserves the right to change pricing at their discretion without notice.
Wholesale
If you are interested in selling our products in your store, please contact us. You are more then welcome to visit us. When you are based in the Netherlands we can also pay you a visit, to show our collection. We have wholesale prices.

Payment
Our online store uses the Mollie payment platform. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. The Blockprint Tree registers your name, email address, telephone number, delivering address, data about your order and payment data. This information is used to deliver your order, to send an invoice, to settle a payment and for communication about the order.
When you provide us with such personal information to place an order and/or to complete a transaction we will collect the information and use it for these specific reasons only.

When you are asked for your personal details on the Exchange or Return form, we will save these details in our email program on a Dutch web hosting server. These personal details will only be sent to The Blockprint Tree and will not be shared with others. They will only be used to follow up on a contact request. Apart from the personal details you are sharing with us, the IP address, the point of time and the concerning page will be saved to provide us with a context to enable us to follow up as best as we can on your request.
Newsletter
When you subscribe to our newsletter your email address will not be used for anything else but our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any moment in time through a link on the Newsletter page.
Good to know: You have the right to have access to the data we have about you. And you can have them corrected or deleted.
